The right collar.
Select a shirt with a cut away or English spread collars; avoiding button down collars as they provide a casual look. Other options include the straight point or turn down collar. Whichever collar you do choose, you should be able to insert your index finger between your neck and the shirt collar and run it easily around your neck.
